PeopleDoc, an HR service delivery company, has introduced its new Advanced Document Generation service, which allows HR professionals to create personalized documents for operations such as onboarding and off-boarding.
Until now, creating such documents has been a manual practice that has taken up to 30 minutes. With the new tech from PeopleDoc, the process to create custom documents has been whittled down to about 10 minutes, thanks to the easy personalization.
In addition to speeding up the process, it will also aid HR professionals through reducing the mistakes which can be made in logos, terminology or other aspects of documents which can be more challenging and tedious.
“We are lucky to have clients driving us to innovate in ways that directly improve how they work,” said PeopleDoc co-founder Clément Buyse, who credits the creation of Advanced Document Generation to the clients’ requests.
