New Jersey’s PBF Logistics GP, a limited partnership affiliated with PBF Energy for the oil and petroleum product industry, recently named Karen Davis an independent director.

Most recently, Davis was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Western Refining and two of its affiliated companies: Western Refining Logistics and Northern Tier Energy of Tempe, Arizona, through May 2017.

Previously, Davis served as global controller at Petroplus Holdings, based in Switzerland. Additionally, she has worked as CFO and as a financial reporting professional with a number of public and privately held U.S. companies.

Davis earned her bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from California State University, Chico. Bringing her career full circle, she joins PBF for the second time, having served as its chief accounting officer from 2011-14.

“We are very pleased to have Karen join the Board of Directors of PBF Logistics GP LLC,” Board Chairman and CEO Thomas Nimbley said. “Karen brings extensive accounting, financial and industry experience and will be a great addition to the board.”

From its headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, PBF Logistics handles ownership, leasing, operations, development and acquisition of crude oil and refined petroleum products, as well as terminals, pipelines, storage facilities and related assets.
