Management and workplace technology solutions provider Asure Software has added Silver Oak Services Partners founder and co-managing partner Dan Gill to its board of directors.
“I’m very excited to become a part of the Asure board of directors, especially during a time of such incredible growth for the company,” Gill said.
Gill is on the board of directors of the Pediatric Dental Practice Management platform, VASA Fitness, PLA and PRN. He has served on many other boards including Merit Health Systems, Advantage Payroll Services, CompuPay, Aurum Technology and Convergent Resources.
“Having been involved in the payroll space for the past two decades and experiencing a great degree of success, Dan brings to our organization a deep insight into the payroll and HR industry, as well as a wealth of corporate governance and financial experience,” Asure CEO Pat Goepel said. “We believe the combination of our two companies, as well as Dan’s new leadership role, will make Asure a stronger competitor in the HCM space, as we continue to expand our market share.”
