HCM provider Paycor has appointed Ryan Bergstrom its chief product officer and Charles Cagle its chief technology officer.

Bergstrom recently was vice president of product management at Ultimate Software. He previously worked at Epicor Software Corp. and Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp.
Cagle recently was senior vice president and general manager of the human capital management division at Infor Global Solutions. In the past, he worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Compuware, Parago, and PeopleAnswers.
