Paycom’s leadership program landed the No. 5 spot out of 250 contenders in HR.com’s ranking of the world’s top leadership practitioners and programs, which were recognized during the 2018 Leadership Excellence and Development Awards.

The Oklahoma City-based human resources technology company was also included in the Winners’ Circle for Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs for its top 10 placement.

Paycom’s award-winning LEAD program is designed to facilitate employee leadership training through e-learning courses and monthly and quarterly in-person training sessions. 

LEAD Awards recognizes the workforce development efforts of HR practitioners and programs through a yearly ranking of top performers. The Winners’ Circle includes the top LEAD Awards recipients that showed outstanding achievements in the areas of education, corporate and individual development.
