Paycom Software Inc., a company that provides comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, recently announced that it ranked second on Fortune Magazine’s 2017 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list of domestic and publicly traded companies.

Placement on the list is due to the company’s three-year growth in revenues, profits and stock returns. Paycom’s 2016 financial highlights include $329.1 million in revenue, which was a 46.5 percent increase over the previous year. Additionally, the company has a compound annual growth rate of 45 percent over the previous three years.

Paycom is the only company of its kind on the list and sits among giants in the technology world—Facebook and Amazon. Additionally, the company is the only company from Oklahoma to make the annual prestigious list.

“Placing in the top three of this coveted list is a testament to our technology, our people and our continuing emphasis of providing best-in-class service to our clients,” said Paycom’s founder and chief executive officer, Chad Richison, in a statement.

Paycom serves clients in all 50 states and has offices across the country. Its clients come in all sizes and in every industry.
