HCM solutions provider Paychex Inc. of Rochester, New York recently revealed a partnership with Latino Tax Professionals Association (LTPA), becoming LTPA’s preferred payroll and HR service provider and boosting its commitment to bilingual industry support.

“For years, we’ve developed materials to help Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs find success,” Mark James, who serves as product marketing director at Paychex, said. “This partnership with LTPA will make our services and educational tools even more accessible to tax professionals serving Hispanic-owned businesses. Through access to the Accountant Knowledge Center, informative webinars, expert lecturers at LTPA regional seminars, and more, this partnership serves to benefit LTPA members and, in turn, their clients.”

The new partners recently participated in Latino Tax Fest 2017 in Las Vegas, where two Paychex leaders — senior sales director and strategist Dan Seyler and compliance director Mike Trabold — presented on the developing influence of Hispanic business owners and regulatory updates affecting small businesses.

“We’re always looking for ways to provide our members [with] access to the people, organizations, resources, and tools that will help grow their businesses and their clients’ businesses,” LTPA Director Carlos Lopez said. “This partnership with Paychex does just that, and we’re thrilled to share their expertise with the LTPA community.”
