Duties of the position include assisting with new hire orientation, providing specialized expertise in numerous HR functional areas, implementing HR plans, resolving employee relations issues, and attending meetings.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least eight years of related experience; strong communication, project management, negotiation and problem solving skills; the ability to use standard business applications software and HRIS systems; and knowledge of financial and continuous improvement measurements, as well as knowledge of HR industry practices, principals, and legal and regulatory requirements.
