Parametric Solutions Inc. of Jupiter, Florida, is seeking applicants for an open human resources manager position that entails responsibility over human resources administration, coordination and evaluation at the company.

The successful applicant will work with managers to help them fulfill their personnel responsibilities and plan and implement activities for the entire department, including setting department goals and objectives and developing department systems. He or she will also help develop and implement personnel policies and procedures and maintain the company handbook on them.

Additional responsibilities including creating and revising job descriptions, serving as a liaison between employees and the company’s benefits administrator, maintaining the affirmative action program, conducting recruitment efforts and establishing and maintaining departmental records and reports. Further, the human resources manager will be responsible for evaluating the reports, decisions and results emerging from the human resources department. The successful applicant will inform company staff of changes to the personnel policies and procedures, consult with legal counsel on personnel matters and manage the company’s training program.

Applicants for this position must have a bachelor’s degree or four to 10 years of experience in the field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should also be familiar with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
