Infotainment and connectivity systems solutions supplier Panasonic Automotive is looking to hire a human resources business partner.

Duties of the position include composing job descriptions, interviewing potential employees, driving the employee selection process, coordinating management training, assisting with the performance review and salary administration program, managing employee compensation programs, maintaining employee records, developing HR strategies and solutions, interpreting HR polices and procedures, managing information security, resolving employee relations issues, identifying potential legal risks, and attending meetings.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of HR experience, or seven years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; and knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems, as well as state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications include PHR/SPHR certification, experience in a design/software engineering environment, and knowledge of expatriate processes.
