Carolyn Kress was recently named senior vice president of human resources at global hyper-scale cloud provider OVH US.

“I’m excited to be a part of a new chapter as OVH expands into the U.S., especially with its track record of technology innovation and commitment to providing best-in-class customer service,” Kress said. “With so much changing around how we work, where we work, and who we work with, this is a tremendous opportunity to create a people culture built on teamwork, continuous learning and trust.”

Kress previously worked as an independent consultant at security technology and government companies. Her past roles have included interim vice president of HR at Govplace and senior HR director at CGI Federal.

“As OVH’s employee base continues to grow in the US, we need a leader with a wealth of knowledge in building and supporting a sophisticated team of technology experts,” OVH US President and CEO Russell Reeder said. “Carolyn has extensive experience in aligning HR strategies to successfully grow a culture of innovation and performance. Those skills will help attract and retain a community of talented people inspired by creativity, innovation and purpose.”
