For this position, the company is looking for a person with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field who can plan and anticipate workforce changes and create engagement and training plans for their effective management. A primary objective of these efforts will be to create an employee culture that fulfills the organizational brand and vision.
The person in this role will be required to have discretion around private information, be a good communicator, have strong analytical skills and understand survey methodology. The ability to plan and measure outcomes is essential.
