OneSource Virtual (OSV), a provider of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and other professional services, has appointed Trey Campbell as its new CEO, replacing founder Brian Williams who became the executive chairman of the board of directors.

“I am very excited by the opportunities ahead for OSV with its talented team members and dynamic partners,” Campbell said in a statement. “Our commitment to the customer is at the center of all we do. We will continue to work tirelessly to refine our service offerings to deliver reliability, efficiency and quality that fuels a strong return on our customers’ investment.”

Campbell has been with the company since 2016; he previously served as president and chief operating officer. Prior to OSV, Campbell, spent more than 30 years in services and technology, working for Exult, AonHewitt, Accenture and NorthgateArinso, serving in such positions as of head of sales and president and CEO.

“Although one cannot help but be immensely proud of what we have built at OSV; I firmly believe that there is so much more ahead for us, and I look forward to working closely with Trey, the OSV team, and our board of directors as we address the many strategic initiatives which will ensure OSV’s industry leadership position, in the future,” Williams said.
