On Tap Credit Union — a Colorado provider of financial solutions — recently appointed a pair of new leaders: Kellee Barbee as vice president for HR and cultural transformation and Edward Flores as director for enterprise risk management.

Barbee earned a bachelor’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Colorado State University and a master’s in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois. She brings a broad background, having worked at Alcon Laboratories, Toyota Financial Services, Raytheon Co., General Mills and Dell Computer. Barbee’s new position will emphasize cultivation of an inclusive work culture while supporting business growth.

Flores obtained a bachelor’s in economics from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a graduate degree in banking from the University of Wisconsin. Now prepared to pinpoint, evaluate and manage enterprise risk along with fraud prevention and security for On Tap, he previously served at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., Citibank and other financial institutions.
