Oasis Outsourcing welcomes new executive VP of Human Resources

Oasis Outsourcing
in West Palm Beach, Florida recently welcomed Dolores Calicchio to its team as executive vice president of human resources.

In her new
position, she is
expected to “drive employee engagement, retention and a high-performing
culture,” Oasis Outsourcing reported.
“I am excited to welcome Dolores to the Oasis
team,”

Oasis President and CEO Mark Perlberg said. “She is a hands-on leader whose expertise in change
management, culture development and sustainability, operational efficiency, and
talent management will be a huge asset to our growing company.”
Calicchio, who graduated from Kean College of New Jersey, has served in
the field for over 15 years. Prior to joining Oasis
Outsourcing, she held tenures at Merck & Co., Johnson &
Johnson, Bayada Home Health Care and Carnival Cruise Lines.
Perlberg noted that

Calicchio has broad experience in large change management initiatives such
as organizational restructures, mergers, start-up companies, upsizing and
downsizing event management, and complex system implementation projects such as
SAP and Oracle.
“Having her on the team will allow for her to be active in
numerous programs and employee relations, and drive up company leadership,” he said.
