Oasis Outsourcing, a professional employer organization (PEO), has promoted Kerrin Jesson to senior vice president of operations and Barbara Drames to senior vice president of benefits.

Jesson joined the company in 1999 and was most recently vice president of financial systems and strategy. She has more than 25 years of operational and strategic experience in the PEO industry. At Oasis, she oversees client operations, including payroll, benefits, implementations and compliance.

Drames focuses on benefits offerings, including Oasis’ health and welfare programs and 401(k) plans. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the PEO industry to Oasis and provides strategic direction on plan design and implementation. She was previously vice president of benefits.
