Professional employer organization, Nextep, is celebrating its 20th year in operation.

During this next step in their business, Nextep has ungraded its technology, started a family-positive policy and is now IRS certified. In next few months, the company is hoping to expand even more by showcasing more of its new technology for its clients and achieve new goals by the end of the quarter.

“We’ve grown in the last 20 years, and we’ll continue to grow, but I’ve never lost sight of the dream to give small businesses the same benefits that large companies offer with personal and flexible services,” Brian Fayak, Nextep president and CEO, said in a press release. “It’s still what I’m passionate about today.”

Since its inception, the company has grown from a single-person operation to a 100-plus employer. The road has been tough, but Nextep is looking forward to the road ahead.

“We have seen some significant progress and met many milestones, but we have not been without our rough times, from financial to technological,” Fayak said. “The important thing is we kept going and we didn’t give up. We continue to improve our resources so we can provide the best services possible.”

The organization hopes to continue elevating its brand and improve their client’s lives through their hard work and commitment.
