New Directions Behavioral Health has expanded its executive team with several new hires and promotions.

The company hired Timothy Hoffman as chief information officer. Hoffman will oversee information technology, claims operations and data analytics. Prior to joining New Directions, Hoffman spent 18 years leading IT and claims teams at Magellan Health Services.

Robin Jackson was appointed as chief financial and administrative officer and will oversee all financial and business operations. Jackson has been with the company since 2009.

Noreen Vergara, formerly general counsel for New Directions, was elevated to general counsel and chief human resources executive. She will continue to lead the legal division while also taking on management of the company’s recruitment, retention, benefits and services strategies. Vergara has been with New Directions since 2012; since then, the company’s workforce has grown 265 percent and revenue has tripled.

“Tim, Robin and Noreen are proven leaders and deeply passionate about improving the health of those we serve,” President and CEO Lee Tuveson said in a statement. “We welcome this new bench strength to help propel New Directions through our next phase of growth.”
