Maintenance products marketer NCH Corp. is looking for a human resources benefits representative in Irving, Texas.
Duties of the position include assisting with open enrollment processes, administering leaves of absences, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of benefits data, assisting with the processing of unemployment claims, developing benefit plans communication materials, and explaining benefit programs to employees.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field or equivalent work experience; at least three years of employee benefits and leave management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRIS systems; strong communication, organizational, planning and customer service skills; the ability to handle confidential information; and working knowledge of federal laws related to benefits and leave administration.
Preferred qualifications include strong mathematical skills and knowledge of Oracle.
