Cargotec Corp.’s Navis has named Sunaina Lobo chief human resources officer (CHRO), where she will put nearly two
decades of experience in the field with companies like Cisco and Silicon
Valley Bank to use.

Lobo has held numerous
human resources and business leadership positions with prominent international
companies, developing strong skills in aligning people and talent strategies
with an organizations overall business strategy. At Navis, Lobo will be
responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent and ensuring strong
team performance through strategy and leadership.
In addition to Lobo’s
appointment, Nevis also appointment of Bruce Jacquemard as chief
revenue officer and the promotion of Scott Holland to vice president of global
product management.
