Natus Medical Inc. is seeking a full-time benefits specialist in Pleasanton, California. 

As a liaison between the company and the HR team, the benefits specialist will make sure the company’s benefits policies follow the law, while helping answer employee questions and resolve pertinent issues that arise.

Key responsibilities include overseeing health, life and retirement insurance plans, billing and reviews, while adhering to regulations. The person in this position will also maintain and troubleshoot related websites, ensuring accurate record keeping that complies with regulations; compile a library of information, including a handbook on benefits, insurance and insurers; tell employees about policy changes and open enrollment processes and changes; and act as point person for new ideas for benefits and wellness initiatives.

Requirements include a college degree and more than four years’ experience in benefits, as well as awareness of federal health care regulations and retirement plans. Requested kills include a personable attitude and attention to policies and procedures.
