Baptist Health South Florida named Joe Natoli as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, taking over for George Foyo.

Brian Keeley, CEO of Baptist Health South Florida, spoke on Natoli’s skills and how they will be used as he serves in the areas of HR, international services, legal counsel, construction administration, government and community relations, hospitality and business relations, corporate diversity and the Baptist Health South Florida Foundation.

“His extensive experience and thorough knowledge of South Florida and our local health care market along with his keen interest in research and innovation and long history of philanthropy will be tremendous assets to Baptist Health, our patients and community,” Keeley said.

Natoli has served in a number of leadership positions over the last 10 years of his career, including serving as senior vice president of business and finance and chief financial officer for University of Miami. Before working with the University of Miami, Natoli was involved with Knight Ridder Inc., where he was chairman and publisher of the company’s biggest newspapers, including The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News.

“I am honored and excited to join the Baptist Health team and to work with them to provide compassionate, quality care in a community that I love,” Natoli said.
