Offering a shared vision for a collective future, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) seeks a full-time HR business partner associate based in New York City to collaborate with management in administrative and analytic capacities.
The HR business partner will primarily plan and perform organizational changes, compliance reporting, HRIS data maintenance and logistics. The partner will report directly to the assigned HR manager, coordinate projects and support a variety of assignments, from HRBP client services to data analysis.
The successful candidate will review data, create reports, partner with the HR shared services data staff and pinpoint data issues as needed; create presentations, and provide general support to various assigned clients. Additionally, the partner will convey information and advice on job descriptions, basic policy, performance reviews, referrals and talent strategies.
Applicants are expected to have a bachelor’s degree plus three to five years of professional experience, with HR in finance being desirable. As well as technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, HRIS system (Workday) familiarity is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and team player with customer service savvy; be detail-oriented and accurate; have the capacity for project management, and be able to negotiate well.
