Spanish-speaking human resources
professionals are encouraged to apply for an open regional human resources
manager position open at Millwood Inc., who would be based out of Nashville,
Tennessee, or Cincinnati.
The position, which has a heavy recruitment
focus, will see the successful applicant working to ensure that Millwood plant staffing
needs are met, as well as the company’s quality, safety and housekeeping
standards. The role involves cooperation with both plant operations and
executive human resources management and other key leaders in Millwood. The
position entails supporting four Millwood locations, but additionally includes
support for 28 locations throughout the company, so applicants should be able
to dedicate significant time to travel.
Other specific job duties for this full-time position include employee engagement and retention initiatives, proactive
talent attraction initiatives and investigations pertaining to workers’
compensation, unemployment and benefits issues, as well as other duties that
may be assigned on the job.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree
and have at least three years of experience in both human resources and
management. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish. Candidates with human
resources certifications, experience in a manufacturing or light industrial
setting and experience working across several sites are preferred.
