Millennium Trust appoints Samaan as head of HR

John Samaan recently
joined the management team of Millennium Trust Co. with an appointment to
the firm’s senior vice president and head of human resources roles.
Samaan brings two
decades of human resources experience to Millennium Trust, having served as an
HR consultant for 12 years and an HR executive at a global company for eight
years. At Millennium Trust, he will be responsible for supporting employee
engagement and driving strategic human resources initiatives.

recently appointed John Perugini its general counsel.
