Cutting Edge Countertops is hiring a human resources manager at its Perrysburg, Ohio, corporate office.
The full-time HR manager will be responsible for recruiting new employees, managing benefits administration, leading open enrollment changes, creating and updating training programs, orienting new company resources, updating the performance management program, ensuring the departmental budget doesn’t exceed set amounts, regularly updating employee communications, supervising HR staff, managing compliance changes, leading safety related policies and procedures and managing grant funding and tax credit programs related to HR and safety.
Prospective candidates must posses a bachelor’s degree and five to 10 years of experience in the HR field or a combination of education and work experience. Applicants must also have Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources
certification.
