Microsoft seeks a full-time human resources manager in Redmond, Washington.

Duties of the position include leading the implementation of core HR programs, improving organizational effectiveness, acquiring business sponsorships for HR initiatives, improving employee relations.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least six years of HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience; and strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, leadership, consulting, computer and project management skills.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a HR related field.
