Hospital-physician alignment solutions provider MedSynergies is hiring a human resources coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The coordinator is responsible for interpreting company policies, recommending policy revisions, providing documentation for behavioral and performance issues, conducting HR training, communicating changes with regards to the annual performance appraisal process for hourly associates, conducting exit interviews, preparing statements for employment-related litigation, and conducting investigations based on associate complaints.
Prospective candidates must possess education or training in HR, one to five years of HR generalist experience with an emphasis in employee relations, and strong interpersonal skills.
