Megan Giannini has been named senior vice president of human resources at LED and automotive lighting products maker Lumileds.
“My passion is helping businesses grow, through the alignment of organizational requirements with individual ambition and talent, and building an environment where both can thrive,” Giannini said. “This is an exciting time for Lumileds and I look forward to contributing to the company’s growth.”
Giannini has more than two decades of experience. She has expertise in the areas of talent management, HR business partnering and post-merger integration.
Giannini was previously the global head of integrated talent management for electronics company Phillips. Her past roles have included leadership positions in the fast-moving consumer goods, health care, high tech and networking industries.
“As our business continues to scale, having someone guide our human resources organization with Megan’s leadership and professional background is a great step toward strengthening the culture of Lumileds,” Lumileds CEO Mark Adams said.
