Geodis, an international logistics company, is seeking a human resources manager for its Plainfield, Indiana, facility.
The job duties fall into four broad categories: regulatory compliance; benefits administration, including salary reviews; recruitment, training, orientation and evaluations; and policy enforcement and resolving labor/management disputes.
Other areas of responsibility include sexual harassment training, salary reviews, tracking workforce metrics and reporting them to upper management, and researching benefits claims.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree and four or more years of experience, the requirements include computer literacy, strong analytical and communication skills, and problem-solving and customer service abilities.
