Lockton, a health care and human resources company, has hired Rosanna Milley as a new employee benefits producer.

“Clients will appreciate Rosanna’s ability to understand where they are coming from since she herself started her career in human resources,” Joe Agnello, president of Lockton’s Kansas City office, said in a statement. “Not only does she understand the technical, insurance side of employee benefits, but her experience in corporate human resources gives her an employer’s perspective when solving complex human resources and risk challenges.”

Milley’s 30 years of experience in employee benefits and corporate human resources will help her focus on employee benefits for health care systems, hospitals, physician groups and institutions of higher education. Prior to Lockton, Milley worked at Huron Consulting Group. She has also worked at Mercer Human Resources Consulting and Cigna Healthcare.

“Starting my career in corporate human resources with Cigna gave me a real understanding of what employers value in a consulting relationship,” Milley said. “Bringing new ideas to your client, understanding their overall business objectives and providing the expertise to respond to your client’s strategic and administrative requirements is very important when solving tough business challenges and building trusting relationships.”
