Kronos Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts recently partnered with SAP SuccessFactors of South San Francisco, California, to launch an upgraded integration for continued streamlining human capital management (HCM) needs for worldwide business entities.

With the new integration, companies using both firms’ platforms will be able to easily share and transfer data between applications, according to chronological needs and events, such as hiring, promotions or transfers.

“Global organizations deploying both Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors solutions now have even faster, near real-time access to critical business information shared in both solutions,” Kronos Vice President Charlie DeWitt said. “With such a tight integration, organizations will experience a truly end-to-end HCM platform in the cloud for their entire global workforce, regardless of employee location.”

The upgrade is API-based and offers choices for importing demographic information between SAP’s SuccessFactors and Kronos’ Workforce Central suite, with end-to-end HCM functions and seamless navigation. All features from both platforms are mutually interoperable, with the added bonus of swift global availability in real time.

The combination affords assurance that HR, workforce management, payroll and other vital functions can be performed without duplication or redundancy.

Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors have collaborated since 2013 to mutually benefit their combined client rosters.
