Kraft Heinz Co. is looking to hire a senior benefits specialist in Chicago.

Duties of the full-time position include managing benefits plans, analyzing plan performance and offering recommendations for changes, keeping abreast of benefit and industry changes, and addressing employee and provider escalations and appeals.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least two years of progressive benefits or HR experience; strong communication, leadership and analytical skills; and fundamental knowledge of and the ability to collaborate with areas including HR functions, HRIS, finance and payroll.

Preferred qualifications include international or wellness experience.
