Global people and organizational advisory firm Korn Ferry Hay Group has named Rajiv Krishnan country managing director for its India offices.

“Rajiv is a venerable leader of the talent and leadership space in the Indian market,” Korn Ferry Asia Pacific Chief Operations Officer Michael Distefano said. “Both our clients and our Indian operations stand to benefit from Rajiv’s deep wisdom and experience; we are thrilled to have him on the Korn Ferry team.”

Krishnan, who has more than two decades of experience, most recently served as the national leader and partner for a global professional services firm’s people advisory practice. He has worked with multiple consulting firms in India and has held a variety of positions including business leader, CEO, director, managing director and country head. He has also been a guest lecturer at several India academic institutions, a commentator in the press, and a speaker at numerous forums.

Krishnan is an expert on many topics including business development, leadership development, profit and loss management, relationship management, talent management.
