Duties of the full-time position include administering employee health plans and benefit programs, counseling employees on plan provisions, maintaining employee benefit files, updating employee payroll records, verifying monthly premium statement calculations, handling benefit inquires, and resolving administrative problems.
Prospective candidates must possess an associates degree in a relevant field with at least two years of benefits experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of benefits, policies and procedures; and the ability to handle confidential information.
