Barbara Kandemir has been appointed chief financial officer at digital engagement technology developer It’s Never 2 Late.

It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) is an award-winning developer of digital engagement technology for senior living community residents, with over 2,500 installations.

“It’s exciting to join a company with a mission to make integrated computer technology accessible to elders, particularly those experiencing cognitive decline,” Kandemir said. “Making digital technology accessible and meaningful for this underserved population, as well as their caregivers and loved ones, holds enormous appeal for me.”

As CFO, Kandemir will oversee HR, legal/compliance, finance, and office management, as well as lead initiatives related to things such as administrative policy and instructional leadership.

Kandemir has served in senior financial executive roles for numerous companies, including Aperture Credentialing, Capgemini, Intersect Solutions, and KnowledgeAdvisors.

“Barbara is an accomplished professional, mentor and thought leader,” iN2L CEO Tom Bang said. “Her extensive experience building and enabling organizations for accelerated growth is perfectly aligned with the direction of iN2L.”
