The Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Shuman Juvenile Detention Center is hiring a human resources/payroll analyst.
A college degree and at least two years of payroll processing experience are required. Applicants must also be over the age of 21 and be able to pass a background check.
The person in this position will track and validate payroll and personnel records, including time sheets and pay stubs; become a subject-matter expert on workers compensation, HIPAA and other relevant laws; and help oversee Title I Summer School and other similar grant projects.
The candidate should also well-versed in Microsoft Office, understand the basics union contracts and be an effective communicator. Compensation is $2,916.67 per month.
