Johnson Controls, a company that creates intelligent buildings, efficient energy solutions, integrated infrastructure and next generation transportation systems, has named Lynn Minella its chief HR officer.
“Lynn is a great addition to our executive management team with proven results in driving organization transformation, developing and motivating high performance leaders and helping business achieve growth priorities,” Johnson Controls Chairman and CEO Alex Molinaroli said.
Minella previously was group HR director at BAE Systems PLC. She has served in various HR leadership positions at IBM and was senior vice president of HR and communications at Air Products and Chemicals.
Minella is replacing Simon Davis at Johnson Controls.
“Simon has been an integral part of our transformation to a global multi-industrial company and throughout his 20 years with the company his insights and leadership within our businesses and most recently at the enterprise level have shaped who we are as a company,” Molinaroli said.
