iSolved HCM recently unveiled its new talent acquisition
offering, iSolved Hire, which will assist clients in every step of finding the
best candidates for their open positions, from posting opportunities to
interviewing prospective hires.

iSolved Hire provides clients with an integrated careers
webpage where they can post any job openings at the company, including on
multiple job boards. The tool also helps them to make sure those openings get
in front of the right people, allowing employees to refer qualified candidates
and post about open positions on their social networks.
iSolved Hire also provides tools for tracking, sorting and rating
candidates, and, when the time comes, allows human resources personnel to
conduct video interviews with promising prospects, saving time. It fits in with
iSolved other offerings, which help manage employees once they’re onboard
through payroll, performance management and benefits enrollment services,
among others.
