Chicago-based renewable energy company Invenergy seeks a full-time human resources coordinator.
Duties of the position include assisting with general recruitment inquiries, scheduling remote and onsite interviews, assisting with new employee onboarding, performing clerical functions, answering employee questions, and maintaining reports.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; strong communication, organizational and customer service skills; knowledge of Outlook and Excel; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include some HR experience, scheduling experience, experience with Workday, and English/Spanish bilingual.
