Colorado-based human resources solutions provider InTANDEM HR has received IRS designation as a Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO).
“We voluntarily applied for this certification to illustrate our commitment to meeting strict standards and serving as a trusted partner for our clients,” InTANDEM HR President and CEO Monica Denler said. “We are proud to be among the first 84 PEOs in the entire country and the first privately owned PEO in Colorado to secure this coveted certification.”
InTANDEM HR was given the CPEO designation as part of an IRS program established by the Small Business Efficiency Act (SBEA). Enacted in 2014, the legislation eliminates double taxation by giving CPEOs the responsibility of collecting and remitting their clients’ federal payroll taxes.
