Commercial insurance company CNA is looking for a strategic human resources business partner in Chicago.

Duties of the position include driving human capital strategy, delivering HR services and solutions, developing comprehensive change management strategies, mentoring HR colleagues, helping develop the next generation of leaders, developing performance solutions, and analyzing data to determine organizational effectiveness issues.

Prospective candidates must possess at least eight years of related work experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, presentation, organizational, project management, negotiation, facilitation and problem-solving skills; and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or equivalent experience with professional certifications.
