Indiana foodservice company seeks HR specialist

Golden Malted, a foodservice supplier of waffle batter, is looking to hire a human resources specialist at its South Bend, Indiana, facility.
This position will be the linchpin of the company’s human resources operation, including involvement in benefits, payroll, attendance and pharmacology testing. Other duties include recording and orienting hirings and firings, and scheduling sessions to educate new employees about company procedures and policies.
Educational requirements include a college degree, three years of benefits experience, and basic office technology and HR software skills. A sense of discretion regarding sensitive information, being able to handle multiple priorities while communicating professionally, and precision are a must.
