seeking a benefits specialist at its Lemont, Illinois, headquarters.
The key responsibility of this position is to review processes to
streamline them. This person also oversees benefits for a 2,000-member workforce based in Illinois and surrounding states.
The specialist will coordinate with outside vendors, provide
customer service to employees regarding benefits programs and prepare reports
for the accounting staff.
Candidates must be knowledgeable about health care law and retirement benefits administration, and should be
tech-savvy. Three to five years of experience is required.
