Fresenius Kabi, a global health company specializing in lifesaving medicines and medical technologies, seeks a human resources generalist in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
The HR generalist is responsible for updating job descriptions, interviewing potential new employees, conducting new employee orientation, coordinating temporary staging needs, conducting exit interviews, facilitating the performance management process, handling employee relations issues, conducting investigate interviews when employee complaints arise, planning employee activity events, preparing reports, interpreting HR policies, and representing the company at hearings.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; at least three years of HR generalist experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills; and understanding of applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, and local, state and federal employment laws.
Preferred qualifications include an understanding of Lumesse and Workday.
