Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois seeks a full-time human resources representative.
Duties of the position include executing open enrollment activities, developing wellness initiatives, executing health and welfare plans, assisting with annual plan renewals, delivering benefits training for team members, responding to employer benefit questions, and assisting with leave of absence program issues.
Prospective candidates must possess at least two years of HR benefits experience; strong communication, presentation and customer service skills; experience using Microsoft Office and various HR systems; the ability to handle confidential information; and the ability to work flexible shifts.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a HR related field, HR certification, and experience in gaming/hospitality or other 24-hour/multi-shift operation.
