HY Connect recently appointed Kerry Griffin as its chief talent officer.
The full-service integrated marketing agency provides solutions to a number of clients including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Harley-Davidson, MB Financial Bank and Roche.
Griffin will be responsible for developing the people and culture for the agency’s offices in Atlanta, Boston and Chicago. She will work in the areas of recruiting, development, benefits and performance management.
Griffin previously assisted with North American HR and talent management at Geometry Global. She started her career at Leo Burnett, working in client services.
“Kerry’s background in client service means she understands how work gets done,” HY Connect President and CEO Ron Bess said. “She partners with teams to help remove roadblocks that hold them back from doing their best. She transitioned to the HR side of the business because she wanted to make a big impact across an entire organization instead of just one account or discipline.”
