HRO Today recently named Paycor’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition Bill Neese as Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year.

Neese was selected from 16 talent acquisition professionals for the award, which honors professionals who have contributed to the betterment of the talent acquisition field.

As Paycor’s vice president of Talent Acquisition, Neese led a data-driven initiative that predicted headcount for the following fiscal year at 99 percent accuracy and also increased hiring by 20 percent.

With Neese’s leadership, Paycor was able to optimize its talent funnels, sourcing strategies and productivity needs to meet the company’s strategic goals. He has also helped determine opportunities to improve candidate conversion and experience.

In addition, Neese and his team were also responsible for hiring several senior and C-level executives in the company.

“I’m honored to be named HRO Today’s Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year,” Neese said. “I’m humbled to be recognized for delivering on Paycor’s high-growth expectations by using a recruiting science that delivers on just-in-time hiring needs. I look forward to driving further improvements within Paycor’s talent acquisition processes so that we can remain the best-in-class HR solution provider.”

Karen Crone, Paycor’s chief HR officer, also was named a CHRO of the Year’s Leader of Distinction by HRO Today.
