Playing a dual role in a Boston Saba INSIGHT user conference slated July 24-26, Texas-based HCM provider HRchitect will sponsor and provide a key event speaker via a performance management presentation.

HRchitect’s own executive vice president and HR technology professional Jacqueline Kuhn will present “Effective Performance Management for a Multigenerational Workforce” on July 25.

“Managing employee performance is directly tied to engagement and company outcomes,” Kuhn said. “Managers need to be coaches with the right set of tools … not a one size fits all [for] a multigenerational workforce.”

Kuhn brings over 20 years of strategic planning, systems and project management, services delivery and general HR experience to her position.

“I’m looking forward to sharing delivery methods for engaging each generational team including technology adoption preferences, so that attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of how to support a performance management process for the modern workforce,” she said.

HRchitect President and CEO Matt Lafata expressed gratification in his company’s role in supporting Saba technology and informing the professional audience.

“As the go-to partner for Saba … HRchitect is proud to be a silver sponsor of the 2017 INSIGHT conference,” Lafata said. “Our consultants have been assisting clients with their Saba systems since 2005, and we look forward to the opportunity to visit with many of our clients and … to allow them to maximize return on investment in their Saba system.”

Lafata added that HRchitect can readily assist Saba customers in cross-system integration.

Billed as “the premier annual conference for talent leaders,” SABA is scheduled for the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Interested participants can register by visiting www.sabainsight.com.

Based in Frisco, Texas and Toronto, HRchitect specializes in full lifecycle HCM services and consulting.
