Investment management and services company BNY Mellon is looking for a human resources specialist in Pittsburgh.

Duties of the position include administering leave of absence programs, maintaining benefit plans, leading benefits projects, providing guidance on benefits issues, and conducting research on benefits programs.

Prospective candidates must posses a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include prior benefits experience and at least five years of total work experience.
